What does the price include?
The villa price is inclusive of accommodation, linen,towels and pool towels as well as cleaning and any extras as listed in each individual house entry on the website. The price does not include flights, holiday travel insurance or damage costs that may incur while you are away. Travel insurance is obligatory for all our clients.
Do I Have to Pay a Deposit?
We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid no later than 30 days before your date of arrival. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance has not been paid 30 days before your date of arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.
What time is the check-in/out?
The check in is at 14:00 and the check out at 11:00. It is expected that the visitors should respect the quite hours 14:30 – 17:30 and understand the regulations of the swimming pool that will be given by the owner upon arrival.
Do I have a limit in my booking?
Bookings are required to be a minimum of 5 days. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
If you cancel your booking up to 30 days before your date of arrival , we will refund your deposit. If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before your date of arrival, there can be no refunds.
What type of payment do you accept?
Villa Caramel accepts bank account deposit. We do not use POS.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
30 days before arrival date a refund of deposit money is given in full. Please note that no refund is given for cancellations less to 30 days to the date of arrival.
Pool Rules
Please respect the "Quiet Hours": 14:00 - 17:30. Use the shower before entering the pool. Bathing suites must be worn to use the pool. Swimming in clothes or shoes is not permitted. Entrance is not permitted to guests that don't know how to swim. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent within and around the area of the pool. Pets are not allowed. No running, pushing, diving or ball playing in the pool area. Wait for 3 hours after eating or consumption of alcohol before entering the pool. Persons suffering from any disease are not permitted to use the swimming pool. You swim at your own risk, the villa bears no responsibility for what happens.
